Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes orders are placed by accident or the wrong item is ordered. As long as they are returned as per the exchanges policy listed below, we will issue refunds/replacement as appropriate.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

How to Return an Item
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original unused condition, unless it has a manufacturer defect. Please return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

  1. To initiate a return, please email us at sales@soundswithvision.co.uk to request a return/refund, and we will provide you with a tracking number.

  2. Send your returned item to:

  3. Include a signed letter in your package that states the reason for your return along with the original receipt.

Return Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned once opened, including music, software, and video games. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered cannot be accepted for return or exchange. Damaged items including damaged packaging through neglect, water or heat damage.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 10% will apply to all returned items and will be deducted from your refund. Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If your item is unopened and in new condition, you may exchange it for a different item. No restocking fee will apply in this case; however, you will still be responsible for return shipping.

Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
Under this legislation, you have the following rights regarding cancellations when purchasing online or via telephone:

  • You may cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving the goods or services.
  • Your right to return does not apply to goods made to your specifications, personalized items, or items that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons or that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.
  • If you wish to cancel, you must keep the goods in your possession and take reasonable care of them.
  • To cancel, please inform us of your decision by providing a clear statement, including your name, address, order details, and, if available, your phone number and email address.

You may cancel by emailing us at sales@soundswithvision.co.uk. Should you decide to cancel, you will need to return the goods at your own cost within 14 days, and we will reimburse you via the original payment method for the items to which cancellation rights apply, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs for premium delivery options).

All goods must be returned unopened and in their original boxed condition.
